Laser Lifting Treatments
Eight devices working on different principles — micro-focused ultrasound, radiofrequency and microwave. We look at which layer the laxity sits in and how thick your skin is before narrowing the candidates.
Botox & Facial Contouring
Ten items, from wrinkle and skin toxin to masseter, temporalis, salivary gland and hyperhidrosis, plus a facial contouring injection and a double chin injection. The same substance serves different goals, so the area and the dose are set separately.
Medical Skincare
Six programs. Some target one thing — hydration, sebum, breakouts, calming — while LDM and premium peeling work on texture and glow in a different way.
Laser Hair Removal

How does botulinum toxin act on muscle?
It blocks release of the signaling substance that carries the nerve impulse to the muscle, so that muscle contracts less. That is why wrinkle toxin and masseter toxin use the same substance yet produce different results.

How does HIFU lifting actually tighten skin?
Ultrasound energy is focused into points at a set depth beneath the skin, creating coagulation points; the tissue contracts as those points heal. What separates it from a surface laser is that the energy passes the epidermis and reaches the SMAS layer.

Does thread lifting still do anything after the threads dissolve?
Two effects have to be separated: the mechanical support of the thread itself, and the collagen that forms around it. Once the thread is absorbed, only the second one is left.

Radiofrequency vs ultrasound lifting — what is the actual difference?
Radiofrequency heats the whole dermis broadly to contract collagen; ultrasound concentrates heat into points at one specific depth. Whether your laxity is spread widely or concentrated in one layer is what decides between them.

Why does collagen have to be rebuilt with treatment?
The body makes less collagen with age and the collagen already there degrades. Inducing a regenerative response with heat, ultrasound or injection is the shared principle behind most anti-aging treatments.

When skin loses firmness, what exactly has changed?
Collagen and elastin in the dermis decrease, and the subcutaneous fat and fascial layers shift downward. The cause differs layer by layer, which is why one treatment does not resolve all of it.
